Product Description:

With its pearlized white dial and shimmering diamond accents, this exquisite Bulova dress watch is the picture of elegance. The white mother-of-pearl dial has slender Dauphine hands and 10 diamond hour markers. A sweep second hand and a date window at the 6 o'clock position complete the elegant look. The dial is set in a satin steel case and framed by a round steel bezel with 12 pavé-set diamonds. A cabochon crown tipped with a decorative black stone adds a final distinctive touch. This watch presents on a beautifully contoured link bracelet in brushed and polished steel; it fastens with a foldover buckle and safety clasp. Other notable features include precise quartz movement and a curved scratch-resistant mineral crystal. This watch is water-resistant to 30 meters.

About Bulova
In 1875, a young Czech immigrant named Joseph Bulova set up shop in New York City, and a legendary American watch brand was born. Bulova was trained as a jeweler, and his expertise carried over into his watchmaking career, which began around 1911 with boudoir clocks and pocket watches, and soon evolved to include what was then one of the latest and most fashionable technological innovations: the wristwatch. Bulova introduced its first line of wristwatches in 1919. The company grew and prospered, and soon early radio and television ads were declaring, "America runs on Bulova time." In the 1950s, continuing its legacy of innovation, Bulova introduced Accutron, the first electronic watch, and the first breakthrough in timekeeping technology in over 300 years. The Accutron timing mechanism was later adapted for use by NASA computers and a Bulova timer was even placed on the moon to control transmissions of data. Bulova timepieces have kept official time aboard Air Force One and have also served as official timepieces for U.S. Olympic teams. Today, Bulova maintains its tradition of excellence in technology and design, offering a diverse collection of beautiful precision timepieces for every occasion.

This is a beautiful watch! I never would have picked it out just by the internet photo of it, but after trying it on in the store and seeing it in person, it is beautiful! The face is much prettier in person - beautiful pearl. The band is very comfortable, and would fit well as a fitted watch or a bracelet fit (which is how I wear mine). The band is nice in that the clasp is completely hidden and the band is smooth fitting. No clasp to hang on anything.
My best recommendation for buying a watch over the internet is to research them, then go to the jewelry stores and try to find them in person. It might surprise you what ends up being your favorite!
