Does it right, all the time       Product Reviews

This watch is one of those items you don't always end up with that just does what it's supposed to do without hassle or any further ado on your part. Setting it up was easy (fun to see the hands move around changing time zones!) and day to day requires no further attention. I've had this for quite some time now and it has never missed checking its time, on time, every time. And removing it at night, putting it near a window or any of the other suggestions from the manual were not necessary as it's never missed its "appointment" right there under the pillow in bed. The watch looks nice and you end up with the best of both worlds, analog and digital, your choice. They can even be mixed and mingled. It doesn't have a second hand but the seconds can be displayed digitally in the bottom window which is better for me anyway. This is just a good quality item, very reasonably priced, that does its job well without asking anything. It's a pleasure to have.
Love the watch. Reliable, attractive, and easy to read. Perfect for me.       Product Reviews

The watch is perfect for me. It keeps itself adjusted just fine without me having to fool around with it. Hands and digital display are big enough and have enough contrast to make them easy to see and read.

Only problem, starting out, is that I had a heck of a time adjusting the band. I have fat wrists, but even so, I had to remove links to make the band fit. But how? No band instructions came with the watch, nothing at all on the Casio website, and I even had a hard time finding the instructions using google. Finally did. Turns out you need either a special tool to punch out the pins or else a hammer, a really, really skinny nail, and some patience. Punch them out in the direction indicated by the arrows, remove the extra links, and then pound them back in, being careful to keep the pins in their original orientation.

About an hour ordeal, overall, but now I love everything else about the watch. If I could, I'd give it four and a half stars.

    Great watch for me.
    Great Watch!       Product Reviews

I had gotten so tired of my old digital only watch. All plastic and ugly. The old "fold over" clasp was constantly coming open on me, driving me crazy. When I got glue all over it during a renovation project, I knew this was the time to replace it.

This new casio is great. It's attractive and I can wear it to any occation. The alarms on it serve my needs very well and the locking clasp is a gem.

Problems? Well, it took me a few minutes to realise that the reason it was an hour slow was because "Daylight Savings Time" (dst) wasn't "ON". After thumbing through the manual, it was easy enough to set and it was very cool seeing the watch spin ahead an hour on its own.

The only other issue was the size of the band. It was way large for me. Older "fold-over" latchs have plenty of adjustment space on them to allow for changes. With the new clasp design you lose that. Again it was hardly the end of the world. I took it to a local jewelry store and the young woman there was able to take a few links out of the band in just five minutes. It cost a couple of dollars but it was worth it. My watch now fits perfectly.

I can't argue with any of the five star reviews except       Product Reviews

From the pictures and the reviews I thought it would be a dressier size, that is slimmer. Makes sense now that I have it, the electronics in it have to go somewhere, but it's almost as big as a G-Shock. It is a nice looking and VERY functional watch.
