Casio Men's Waveceptor Atomic Solar Watch # WVA430A-1AV By: Casio ![]() Average Rating: 4.50 Total Reviews: 9 Price: $130.00 Prices subject to change Product Description: Make a powerful statement with the Casio WVA430A-1AV Waveceptor men's digital/analog atomic watch, which receives time calibration radio signals which keep the displayed time accurate. It's also solar-powered--charging in either sunlight or indoor light--so you'll never have to deal with changing the battery. It features a number of time-keeping options, including a digital display (resting at 6 o'clock, with day and date options) that provides a 1/100-second stopwatch and a 50-lap memory. It has a shiny gray hue bezel that frames a dark gray dial, which is accented by silver-tone Arabic numerals. Other features include a black resin band, luminous hands (with second hand), five alarms, dual time zones, auto LED backlight, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet). Shipping Information Returns Reviews anonymous reviewer by: ashwin_666 on: 01-May 2006 I bought the watch when it was heavily discounted and have never regreted the choice. Functions extremely well and it synced up with the atomic signal immediately on opening up the package and setting the time zone. I use the stopwatch features extensively and it has performed well. The solar cell charged up to max in 2-3 days and its been always charged even though I take no special care to expose it to the sun etc. I wear it just like any other watch with no problems. No complaints Great Watch by: ionman99 on: 26-Mar 2006 Fantastic watch for the money ( got it on sale at Amazon). Instruction are a bit difficult to understand sometimes. But overall a great watch. Very good watch. by: Anonymous on: 02-Mar 2006 I have got a lot of benefits from the reviews made by other people, it's the time for me to contribute some. I just got it yesterday, it works perfectly for me so far. There are two reasons for me to order it, including: 1) Solar powered. I have a lot of watchs runing out of battery, just forget to replace it, then the watches disappeared sooner or later. Hope this one powered by solar can run a long time. 2) Atomic, which means you never to set up the time by yourself. One issue, however, I want to raise is that this watch has too much functions, and easy to get confusion. Also I hope the LCD screen can show more time information, such as year, month, and so on. Anyway, it's a very good watch for this price. Definitely, I will recommend it. The lowest maintenance watch you'll ever own! by: klassic_records on: 24-Feb 2006 I love this watch for several reasons. Good price, it looks great, and it is the lowest maintenance watch I've ever owned! I have several "dead" watches sitting on my dresser because I never get around to replacing the batteries. With this watch, I'll never have to replace the batteries and never have to set it thanks to the atomic capability. I cannot recommend this watch highly enough!
