    Product Description:

The Citizen Calibre 5700 stainless steel men's watch is loaded with style and powerful timekeeping features, with its one-second chronograph measuring up to 30 minutes. It's also powered by Citizen's unique Eco-Drive, which absorbs sunlight and any artificial light through the crystal and dial to recharge the watch continuously. With regular exposure to light, the Eco-Drive continuously recharges itself for a lifetime of use. It has a 150-day power reserve and a low-charge indicator.

This watch has a large, round silver stainless steel watch case--which measures 42mm (1.65 inches) wide and 12mm (0.47 inches) deep--that's topped by a unidirectional rotating bezel with black engraved markings and coin-edged detailing. The silvery white dial background is accented by silver tone subdials, luminous hands, and baton dial markers. Other features include a date display at 4 o'clock, scratch resistant mineral crystal with anti-reflective coating, and water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet). It's backed by Citizen's 5-year warranty (from original date of purchase).

    Eco-Drive Frequently Asked Questions
How can you tell if the Eco-Drive watch is getting enough light?
In normal use, the watch displays the time and the sweep-second hand moves in one second intervals. A very important feature of Eco-Drive is the Low Charge Warning Mode which as a result of low battery voltage, causes the second hand to jump two seconds at a time (while still keeping correct time).

How long will an Eco-Drive watch run after it is fully charged?
If your watch is put away where no light is available to it while in a fully charged state, depending on the model, it will run for from 45 days to 5 years.

How can the Eco-Drive watch be recharged?
Besides sunlight, it can be safely charged by exposing it to a fluorescent desk lamp, with the dial (face) up and within about 8 inches or an incandescent lamp (regular light bulb) no closer than 20 inches. Never use a halogen lamp since the heat generated by it can cause damage to your watch. The most efficient and the quickest is in direct bright sunlight (not windowsill) and never on the dashboard of a car.

    Basics vs Functionality       Product Reviews

This Calibre 5700 Eco-Drive Watch was bought as a gift from myself to my brother who is a rookie pilot; without a slide rule, time zone capability and all those crunched in bezel increments this watch still retains a clear an innovative design layout, easy operation, inflight functionality and good to great craftsmanship.
    Nice watch       Product Reviews

I bought this watch as a gift for my friend. And, it turned out to be a very good choice as a gift. The watch looks smart and trendy, although it is a bit on the heavier side. Its been working fine and with the latest eco-drive technology my friend doesnot have to bother about changing batteries. The instruction manual that was provided doesnot give full information about the product so we are still trying to figure out some of the features of the watch such as the outer dial which can be rotated manually. I was also disappointed by the packaging of the watch which was torn and looked old. It was also not wrapped in a bubble wrap which could have damaged the watch during delivery. Luckily that did not happen. Ofcourse this is a problem with the seller and not the watch per se. Basically my friend is very pleased with the watch, both performance wise and in terms of looks, and I think I got a great deal at $140 for this item. Overall I'd say it was a good buy. The seller could have provided better service though.
so far so good       Product Reviews

I bought it about one month ago. The watch is accuate. And wears comfortable. The watch chain is longer for most people I think. You will pay $10 to shorten it or you do it yourself. Other thing I don't like very much is the white panel and the white hands (hour, minute): lack of contrast to read the time.
the watch is not brand new it is return item       Product Reviews

i received the watch yesterday and it is not new, there is no sticker on the front and the back has small scratch and the side has little dent, for this price it is good deal but it is not 100% new i guess it is return item which explains why it is cheap so if you ok with that it is nice buy.
